1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BiteScore AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BiteScore AI provides food label scanning and nutritional analysis tools. The Service is informational only and does not constitute medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before making dietary decisions.
3. Subscription Plans
Monthly scan limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC). Unused scans do not roll over to the following month.
Free Plan
Access to basic features at no cost. We reserve the right to modify or limit free tier features at any time with reasonable notice.
Pro Plan
Monthly or annual subscription. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
Premium Plan (One-Time Payment)
A single payment grants access to Premium features for as long as the Service remains operational. This is not a perpetual license independent of the Service's existence. We reserve the right to discontinue the Service with a minimum of 90 days written notice to registered users. No refunds will be issued for Premium plan purchases where the Service has been operational for more than 12 months from your purchase date. Purchases within 12 months of a shutdown announcement may be eligible for a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
4. Health Disclaimer
BiteScore AI is not a medical device. Nutritional information is derived from AI analysis and third-party databases and may not be 100% accurate. Do not use this Service as a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be 13 years or older (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or scrape the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
